American singer and actress Leighton Meester is the sweet cover girl for the entertainment magazine Cosmopolitan Philippines for the month of January 2010. The 23-year-old actress is going to release her debut album this month. She is also gracing the silverscreen this year with “Date Night” and “The Roommate.”
