Chocolate Custard

Ingredients:


250 ml Milk
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Brown sugar
375 ml Single Cream
4 tbsp Chocolate sauce
1 tbsp Custard powder
Method:

Mix the custard powder, cornflour, sugar and milk together and pour

into a saucepan.
Slowly heat the liquid until almost to the boil, stirring constantly,

so that the mixture thickens to a custard.
Take off the heat and add the cream and chocolate sauce.
Stir until the chocolate sauce has blended into the custard and serve

whilst hot.

Serves 4

Tip: Prevent dried fruit or nuts from sinking to the bottom of your

batters by coating them lightly with flour first.
